Vladimir Gurevich (1956) is an
Electrical Engineer at Central Electric Laboratory of Israel Electric Corp.,
Haifa, Israel, Honorable Professor of the P. Vasilenko Kharkov National
Technical University.
He is the author of more than 140 professional papers, 3 books and hold of nearly 120 patents in the field of electrical engineering and power electronics. Dr. Gurevich received the M.S.E.E. degree (1978) at the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification (the P.
